Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, developing new business opportunities, and managing key accounts to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for marketing and business development. Supreme Security is focused on expanding its presence in the commercial market, particularly with cluster clients—organizations with multiple locations requiring integrated security services. This position blends strategic marketing insight with hands-on sales execution, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to growth initiatives while building a rewarding career in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services
  • Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and digital channels
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients
  • Assist clients by providing tailored solutions and options to secure sales
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships using CRM tools
  • Understand the company’s products, services, and business lines to advise clients effectively
  • Act as a system designer, creating solutions that meet client needs
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional strategies, content creation, and brand awareness
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Track and analyze campaign and sales performance, providing insights and reports
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and conferences
  • Provide training or guidance to clients on product use and benefits

Job Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (B2B or B2C)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, Google Ads)
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
